The Ugandan 🇺🇬 Hipop Musician, Music Producer, Instrumentalist, Movie Director and Dancer Tumwebaze Francis aka Kats Vybz Heeran Was Born on 30/1/2005 in Kabale District in South Western Uganda 🇺🇬.

He started his career in 2017 as a hipop ,dancehall and Afro beat Dancer .

He later joined the Star ✨ Rays Media group in 2018 were he was recognized as the best hipop dance and received his first Award.

Later formed a Record label in 2019 called HEERANIC RECORDS/CLAN62 STUDIOS Which he is the CEO and the manager. And more so song writing.

In 2019, Kats Vybz heeran Joined the Katrico Brass Band were he schooled for 1 year and left the school.

He later Joined the Kabale Diocese Church of Uganda Brass Band and then also joined the Nyamiyaga Brass Band in Rubanda District were he was the Captain.

He later retired Brass Banding and settled for his dance and studio performance career.

At a young age he has managed to move boarders by the help of his management and organizers for example Tanzania were he featured in the A-Siko Sure Song by Nadia Mukami and Darassa as the leader of the dancing team. More to that he has traveled to the East Africa Got Talent and this makes him great of all time as he featured on the No Excuse Campaign by the Nile Special in Uganda.

Now Kats Vybz Heeran is CEO one of the leading companies in Uganda ie Tum Group Of Companies ( TGC) that deals in various sectors including Agriculture, tourism (Heeran Tours and Travels) , Technology Development Services, Apiculture, Land and real estate development and other related areas, Agro inputs and supplies, he is also present in the entertainment industry as the Current CEO of HEERANIC RECORDS/CLAN62 Studios based on Nakawa Port Bell  and The one of the most prominent entrepreneur at a young age.

He has an e-commerce company, School Major Portal that he designs as his personal development company business and improving the quality of systems in Uganda.
